UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health is a division of UPMC Visiting Nurses Association. It is owned by UPMC Community Provider Services and Jefferson Regional Medical Center.

	UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health covers eleven counties in Pennsylvania and four in Ohio with an average daily census of 2,700 patients. Our organization makes over 386,000 visits per year and is Medicare certified in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
