UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health is a division of UPMC Visiting Nurses Association. It is owned by UPMC Community Provider Services and Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Together, our organizations bring over 50 years of home health experience to the communities we serve.

UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health covers eleven counties in Pennsylvania and four in Ohio with an average daily census of 2,700 patients.

UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health is accredited by the Joint Commission which ensures the provision of quality care.
