UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health, LP is a limited partnership between the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Jefferson Regional Medical Center which began in October, 2000.

UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health covers ten counties in Pennsylvania and four in Ohio with an average daily census of 2,700 patients. Our organization makes over 386,000 visits per year and is Medicare certified in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
